What is a Professional Organizer?

 According to the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), a professional organizer enhances the lives of clients by designing systems and processes using organizing principles and by transferring organizing skills. A professional organizer also educates the public on organizing solutions and the resulting benefits.

 

Why do I Need my Home Staged?

Real Estate Staging is critical because you only have one chance to make a first impression and potential buyers only know what they see.  Creating a feeling of visual warmth and attachment is essential to selling your home for top dollar in a quick fashion. 

 

Why do I need a Professional Organizer?

Because you need peace of mind.  When your life is dominated by factors not in line with your values and priorities - confusion, frustration & dissatisfaction set in.   A Professional Organizer assesses your needs through expert’s eyes, listening to you describe your life, your priorities and your goals.  Remember, Procrastination is delayed success!

 

What Do Clutter & Disorganization Cost?

Clutter and disorganization affect every part of your life!  Have you ever lost your keys in your house?  Do you ever overbook your schedule?  How long does it take you to gather your documents and prepare your taxes?  Do you find yourself walking into a room and forgetting what you were looking for?  Do you have anxiety thinking about cleaning a certain room?  Are you distracted by the clutter when entering a room?

What happens during the consultation?

O ·C ·D  offers consultations to give you the opportunity to interview O ·C ·D .  There are other stagers and many more organizers.  Like finding the right doctor or hairdresser you need to interview several, look at their record, ask them questions and see their work.  Consultations allow O ·C ·D  time to view your space, hear your concerns and assess the work to be done.
